Everything you need to know before booking your 88 Luxury Rentals experience.

How much is required to reserve my event?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
When is my remaining balance due?
Your remaining balance is due 15 days before your event. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
What if I book within 15 days of my event?
Bookings made within 15 days of the event require full payment at booking.
Do you charge a travel or delivery fee?
The first 30 miles from Baltimore, Maryland are included. Beyond 30 miles, a $0.76 per-mile fee applies. Additional travel or delivery fees may apply.
Can I cancel my booking?
All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations 30+ days before the event may be eligible for a future booking credit, subject to availability.
Can I reschedule my event?
Yes. One date change is allowed, subject to availability and approval. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I add more rental time?
Yes, additional rental time may be available depending on scheduling. Extensions require approval and may have an additional fee.
What do I need to prepare for setup?
Clients must provide adequate space, venue access, and electrical access when required. Please let us know about stairs, elevators, parking, or special access needs.
